Pricing the job

Each job is different and individual and therefore my pricing structures are flexible. Fees can be worked out in several ways: 

  • per 1000 words
  • per page
  • at an hourly rate
  • a fixed quotation for the entire job.
As a general rule, I aim to keep in line with recommended rates for the publishing industry as detailed by the following professional bodies: 

 

 

I am always happy to talk through a project with a client and provide a free estimate or quotation. It is usually necessary to see at least a few sample pages in advance.
